Humanitarian department

1. Need Assessment:

In the Humanitarian department of the BB, we conduct assessments to understand the needs of community members through our well-defined vulnerability assessment forms. This is to help BB identify the most pressing issues and those in urgent need to be addressed.

2. Strong Partnership with community members, and local and international stakeholders.

3. Campaigns and advocacy:

After our community needs assessment, BB informed other stakeholders about the need to help these communities through online and offline campaigns.

Peace Department

1. Peace Education: organize workshops on conflict resolution, non-violent communication and other peace-related activities.
2. Community Dialogues: Organised community members to discuss their differences and seek the path to peaceful co-existence
3. Organization of sporting and cultural activities to foster social cohesion. 

Gender Department

1. Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights
2. Case Management
3. Women Empowerment
4. Psychosocial Support and Counseling
5. Awareness Campaigns: to educate community members on the importance of gender equality through organization of workshops and online sensitization.
6. Workshops and Seminars: Conduct interactive sessions on topics like gender sensitivity, legal rights, and advocacy skills.
7. Community Outreach: Engage with local communities to understand their specific gender-related challenges and needs.

Human Rights Department

Environmental Protection.

1. Environmental Conservation
2. Community Clean-Up Days: Organize local clean-up events to encourage community involvement in environmental protection.
3. Tree Planting Campaigns: Partner with local authorities to plant trees and restore green spaces.
4. Wildlife Conservation Projects: Collaborate with wildlife experts to protect endangered species and their habitats.
